I have been apply this setting before 6 months with the multiple DNS benchmarks butt he Google free public DNS is the only solution which productivity send updated request to requested content which other can't do, known as AOL, BT and well famous and interface provider Free advanced DNS.

Note: All the images are the original PTCL provided modem/router named ZXDSL 831CII, your modem and router maybe not matched with the exact settings which appear in images but you can find each and individual setting in multiple areas in your modem/router configuration and modify them same like above settings.
